This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the Aerotex Widgets app (the "App") in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:
We also collect the configuration data you provide to set up and customize your widgets (such as social media links and design preferences). We do not collect or store any personal data from your storefront's visitors or customers.
We use the information we collect in order to provide and operate the App, to troubleshoot and improve its features, and to provide customer support. Your email may be used to contact you regarding important updates to the App or billing changes.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our application, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We retain your information as long as your store has the App installed. When you uninstall the App from your Shopify store, your data will be queued for deletion. You can request that we delete your data immediately by contacting us. We will delete your information within 48 hours of your request.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
